Our fixed fee structure gives you the whole place (inside + outdoor patio) for 4 hours. You'll have an on-site bartender to pour wines and chat with guests about what they're drinking. If you need more time for set up and cleaning we charge an extra $150/hr.
How many people can fit in your space?
Indoors we can seat roughly 30 people using our benches, chairs, and small tables. For a mix of standing and sitting we can accommodate about 50 people. If it's nice and you'd like to use the patio, we can handle a lot more!
If you're looking to keep things even more intimate we can provide options for a long-table event. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us more.

We have a list of amazing DJs and jazz artists to help bring the right vibe. If you'd rather play your own music, that's fine too!
What's in the fine print?
We require full rental payment to secure your date. You can pay by check or bank transfer - if paying by credit card we add a 3.5% fee.
We ask that the space is left clean. Any additional cleaning required will be a $100 fee.
While outside food is allowed, our food cart Snackies will still operate during their normal business hours.
All alcohol is to be provided by Company. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Custom party quotes are available, please contact email@example.com. If your party exceeds our fixed rental prices, additional charges may be incurred.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding processing fees) of their rental price. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
